PREVIOUS EVENT: Classical Drawing Demonstration
Friday, May 7, 2010 - 6:00
Read the recap of this event on my blog

Join us at Sadie Valeri's art studio in San Francisco's Mission district for an evening of classical drawing demonstration, refreshments and lively conversation!

Drawing from a cast statue of the ancient Greek Winged Victory as her subject, Sadie Valeri will demonstrate traditional drawing techniques handed down through a lineage of teachers traceable to the 19th century.

As Sadie shares these time-tested methods, art lovers will deepen their understanding of masterworks, and artists will learn specific techniques they can apply immediately to their own drawing and painting.

Wine and light refreshments will be served, with time for art lovers and artists to socialize before and after the demonstration.

Sadie's demonstration drawing will be auctioned at the end of the evening.

Friday, May 7, 2010
Demonstration: 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Doors open at 6pm
